Shipping & Returns

Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges

Do you offer Free Shipping?

es, we offer free standard shipping on orders of $75+ within the U.S. International shipping fees apply.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to track your package through the carrier’s website.

How long does it take for my return to be processed?

Returns are typically processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving the item. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return is processed.

How do I request a return or exchange?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn and unwashed without body odor or fragrance. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Please send it back to the address below and include a note with your order number and email address letting us know if its a return or an exchange.

Please keep your tracking number.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. As long as it's unworn and free of odor there should not be an issue.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. It usually takes 3-5 business days to return to your card.

We will accept back any item that is within 30 days of purchase and has not been worn and is free of odor, hair, lint, etc. The item must be in new condition.

Orders typically ship within 7 days of placing your order. Once shipped, please allow 2-5 days for delivery.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package's progress.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase. If you don’t receive one, check your spam folder.

Can I change my order?
