Hat. Is spectacular and will thoroughly enjoy promoting the Kingdom, however shipping is not anywhere near spectacular. This is my 2nd time ordering, and Both times ordering, I received a high quality hat, however both times there were shipping delays.

Yes, we experienced some delays in production due to the demand for the hat, and it looks like the the 2nd order was delayed due to the snow storm that shut us down for a good week. Either delays are a bummer and we are so sorry! Good news, we are adjusting and our fulfillment operations is going thru an overhaul and will be much more efficient moving forward! God Bless!
